---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Yaelisa holds a series of Bulerias Por Fiesta workshop for dancers to learn the phrasing and accenting of Bulerias, to play palmas and accompany the music and dance with the aire and power necessary to feel secure . Improvisation and communication with musicians will also be covered. For the intermediate and advanced student who wants to learn the structure and practice these concepts without worrying about choreography ....Bulerias is fun and its not a mystery! Students may bring a recording device. Workshop is $40 paid in advance or $50 at the door if there is space. Guitarist Jason McGuire accompanies the workshop. Workshops will be closed at 10 students, so sign up early. This is a series of 4 separate workshops and it is not necessary to take all four. Each session covers different material. Created for guitar students and semi-professionals, the class is also open to dancers who want to learn the language and communication skills necessary to work with guitarists.
